Early Voting for the March 5 Presidential Preference Primary & County Primaries Begins February 14
GILES COUNTY, Tenn. – The Tennessee Secretary of State’s office and Zena Dickey, Administrator of Elections want to remind all Giles County voters that they can take advantage of the convenience and flexibility of the upcoming early voting period to cast their ballot for the March 5 Presidential Preference Primary and County Primaries.
“Early voting is an easy way for all eligible Giles County voters to cast their ballots and let their voices be heard before Super Tuesday,” said Zena Dickey, Administrator of Elections.
Early voting begins on Feb. 14 and runs through Feb 27. Giles County residents can find hours, polling locations, view sample ballots, and much more at www.votegilescounty.com, GoVoteTN.gov, or by downloading the Secretary of State’s free GoVoteTN app.
“We want all eligible Tennessee voters to cast their ballot, and early voting provides them with the flexibility and convenience to do so before Election Day,” said Secretary of State Tre Hargett.
All voters should be proud that the Heritage Foundation ranks Tennessee number one in the nation for election integrity, and the Secretary of State’s office is Tennessee’s trusted source for all election information — including the GoVoteTN app.

Feb. 5 is the Last Day to Register to Vote for the Presidential Preference & County Primaries
GILES COUNTY Tenn. – Giles County residents must register to vote by Feb. 5, 2024, to cast their ballots in the March 5 Presidential Preference Primary and County Primary Elections.
“If Giles County voters have not already registered, we encourage all eligible residents to do so,” said Zena Dickey, Administrator of Elections. “Registering to vote and casting your ballot ensures your voice will be heard.”
Early voting begins Feb. 14 and runs through Feb. 27, 2024. The deadline to request Absentee Ballots has also been set for Feb. 27, 2024.
Tennesseans can register to vote, view a sample ballot, determine polling locations, see voter ID requirements, and important election dates — including the start of the early voting period by downloading the GoVoteTN app.
“I encourage all Tennesseans to register to vote or ensure their registration is up to date before the deadline,” said Secretary of State Tre Hargett. “It is important for all of us to make our voice heard at the polls and with our convenient online voter registration system, you can safely register in minutes.”
Paper voter registration applications are also available to download on GoVoteTN.gov or at the Giles County Election Commission office. Completed paper voter registration applications must be mailed to the Giles County Election Commission or submitted in person.
The Giles County Election Commission is located at 222 W. Madison St., Pulaski, TN 38478. If you are mailing your registration, please send it to P.O. Box 678, Pulaski, TN, 38478. Voters can drop off completed registration forms or register in person Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
